It is my pleasure to write on behalf of ten27MEDIA. Petar contacted us almost 9 months ago to see if we wanted to update our site. I am a physiotherapist and sports scientist, I run a physiotherapy based health and fitness business here in Sydney. A friend of mine showed me some web design basics when we first started our business and I designed and managed our original site for 3 years. This site was ok and worked for us, but for a long time we really wanted to update it.
A number of web design outifts have contacted us over the years – each time we were put off by cost ($2000+) and the barriers, paperwork and run around we got. We recognise we are a small growing business, but to be treated this way really ticked me off.
Petar was initially very persistent but respectful of our initial reservations – I just didn’t think ten27 would deliver what they said they would.
Within 2 weeks of us authorising the new site Petar had it up and running, he delivered more than he promised and there were no hidden catches. Our old website averaged about 2200 hits per month. The day we launched the new site we had 2882 hits, the next day 973 hits and, as I write this over 600 hits for today. We certainly didn’t notify this many people about the new site!
In 4 years of running our own company this is without doubt the most enjoyable, painless and satisfying project I have had a service provider perform for us. It is with the strongest possible commendation that I recommend Petar and ten27MEDIA to you.
